“Danielle is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer. As a single mum who works full time I was struggling to fit in (any sort of) exercise (other than chasing after the kids!) and my diet was just a mixture of binge eating sugary foods or starving myself when I was too busy to fit in a meal. My stress levels were high and my self esteem low. Danielle’s flexibility meant I could train with her when my kids were in bed. I get bored easily so Danielle mixes up the routines to keep me motivated. She’s made me accountable for what I eat & has given loads of advice and tips. I also loved her 30 day belly blast & bingo wings blast. I’ve dropped a dress size this year, have lost inches & my skin is flawless. My fitness levels are unprecedented for me- I can hold a plank for 3 and half minutes (then have the kids jump on my back ) and do 200 squats in one go! Sometimes my friends have joined me for a PT session & we’ve started going to the BodyFit sessions which are a brilliant way to work out - really friendly environment with lots of exercise variation & it’s up to you how hard you work. If you want a friendly, inspiring, motivational PT and you want to see results then Danielle is your girl!”

I never thought I would work with a PT as I personally hated the thought of being pushed too far out of my comfort zone and shouted at to do more or work harder! That kind of motivation does not work for me which is why I love working with Danielle as she keeps the workouts varied and enjoyable - apart from lunges - and has enabled me to achieve a lot of fitness goals that I didn’t think possible. I first met Danielle through her lunchtime BodyFit classes at Escape Your Limits. I was always impressed at the effort that has been put in to make the class come together and run smoothly ensuring a high calorie burning session during a lunch break! I’ve now been having 121 PT since July 2019 and I couldn’t be without our sessions. I had the impression PT was about the 1 hour spent together working out, Danielle’s way of working is beyond that. Each month I’m provided nutrition and weight goals alongside continued support at the drop of a text 7 days a week not to mention detailed workout routines to help achieve my own goals. I would thoroughly recommend to Danielle who has always ‘considered personal training’ but never taken the plunge but also anyone who is already on their journey and needs another push. Her dedication and effort that she puts in makes you feel like you’re her only client.”

“Such a great trainer who is able to accommodate all ages, gender and fitness levels. I love the style of workouts because you can go as hard or light as you want and no one feels uncomfortable as Dani makes it such a friendly welcoming environment for everyone in the class, different options and weights make it easy for each individual to adapt to their fitness level (not to say she’s not going to push you if you’re being a bit lazy). I exercise regularly and I still always have a good ache after her sessions meaning she’s working parts of me that I don’t normally”
