I never thought I would work with a PT as I personally hated the thought of being pushed too far out of my comfort zone and shouted at to do more or work harder! “Such a great trainer who is able to accommodate all ages, gender and fitness levels. I love the style of workouts because you can go as hard or light as you want and no one feels uncomfortable as Dani makes it such a friendly welcoming environment for everyone in the class, different options and weights make it easy for each individual to adapt to their fitness level (not to say she’s not going to push you if you’re being a bit lazy).
