One-to-one personal training is a great option if you have a specific goal in mind or need more focus and motivation to get you moving. At Danielle’s BodyFit, one size does not fit all! All of our one-to-ones are treated as individuals and are given bespoke fitness and nutritional advice and guidance.

BUDDY TRAINING.

Bring a friend enjoy all the benefits Personal Training has to offer and split the costs, what’s not to love! If you struggle with motivation and need that extra push to do a workout then pair up with a friend to both reach your goals. Why not aim for a sporting event or obstacle course to make it even more fun.

ACCOUNTABLE TRAINING.

Groups classes are a great way to get fit with friends or make new ones without the price tag of one-to-one sessions. Danielle’s BodyFit is linked to a number of local gyms and is able to offer a diverse range of classes at times to suit everyone.

Need to shake-up the lunchtime routine in the office? Have a group of friends who would like to plan regular fun fitness sessions or one-time exclusive physical activity. Danielle’s BodyFit is on hand to create and provide exclusive group training perfect for every occasion and everyone!
