This app smooths out the fluctuations and gives you a rolling day average as to what is happening with your weight.

Your food diary, right at your fingertips! I can’t recommend this app enough for those who want to track what they eat, getting to know what and how you eat, this app is a really useful tool, you can also link to other apps, like Fitbit and Apple Health, so it can keep track of your activity too. Really simple and easy to use, it has a huge library of foods with all the nutrition values saved and it has a really useful function of scanning barcodes of foods, this is perfect for planning, setting goals and keeping you motivated.
